Paula Lane is a science educator in the Multiple Subjects Program. She supervises student teachers in the field, holds the current Department Chair position, participates in projects linking the arts to elementary teacher education, as well as teaching in the Master’s of Education Program. She has also held positions as the Director of the Master’s Program, Department Assessment Coordinator and Director of Portfolios.

Biography

Two years as Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Fifteen years as a member of the School of Education faculty in the Department of Literacy Studies and Elementary Education. Appointment to the U C Davis CANDEL (Capitol Area North Doctorate in Educational Leadership) faculty where she taught courses and served on many doctoral theses committees.
